The Client’s Problem

The Community Bank Bellarine faced challenges in effectively conveying its message and demonstrating its local impact to the Bellarine community.

Operated by Bendigo Bank, the Bellarine Community Bank lacks an independent website to showcase its contributions to the community. Additionally, the bank is not permitted to promote its services on social media, which significantly limits its ability to increase exposure and attract new customers.

There was a clear need to communicate the bank’s positive influence on local clubs and businesses through sponsorships and services.

Despite efforts on social media, their content received minimal engagement, resulting in the community being unaware of the bank’s contributions and the effort put into creating the content being largely unproductive.
