Vue Apartments Geelong offers visitors the ultimate location for business or leisure.
Located across the road from Eastern Beach, Vue Apartments are just a short walk from Westfield Shopping Centre, the Royal Geelong Yacht Club, and Geelong’s finest waterfront restaurants and cafe’s.
Geelong public and private hospitals are nearby, as is Deakin University, the Geelong Cultural Centre, Geelong Art Centre, and Port Phillip ferry to Melbourne.
The Client’s Problem
The Vue Apartments were in need of a way to showcase their accommodation in a way that made them stand out from their competitors within the Geelong region.
The content needed to appeal to corporate guests as well as holiday visitors to the region, and showcase the unique features they have to offer.
The Vue Apartment’s existing website didn’t feature any video footage of the location, the quality of the rooms and what there is available to do in the area.
The Propeld Solution
Propeld filmed and produced a series of videos that capture Vue Apartments best features and some of the local attractions within walking distance.
A series of short videos were produced to be shared on the Vue Apartment’s website and Social Media channels, including the following subjects.
- Drone footage showing the location of the hotel and proximity to the city center and waterfront
- Walk throughs of all of the different room types the hotel offers, so guests know what to expect when they book
- The checking in process and complimentary car parking facilities
- Footage of the surrounding area including the waterfront, shopping precincts and Little Malop Street restaurants
We used a combination of the footage to create a visually compelling header for the homepage of their website.
