Connected Energies is a Geelong-based wellness studio and retail store, offering holistic services and high-vibration products designed to support personal wellbeing.

With a focus on energetic healing, spiritual guidance, and conscious living, Connected Energies provides a welcoming space where customers can book one-on-one services like Reiki, intuitive healing, and sound therapy, or browse a thoughtfully curated range of wellness products.

Through both their physical studio and growing online presence, Connected Energies aims to inspire individuals on their healing journey, creating space for transformation and self-connection.

The Client’s Problem

Connected Energies needed a modern website to reflect their evolved brand and support the growing demand for both bookings and online sales.

Their previous website was outdated, difficult to update, and lacked essential features to support their business growth. Customers often struggled to navigate the site or make bookings with ease, leading to missed opportunities.

With an expanding product range and a full calendar of in-person services, Connected Energies required a more dynamic, user-friendly platform that could handle both e-commerce and bookings seamlessly.

Propeld worked closely with Connected Energies to craft a fresh, responsive website that brought their brand to life online and streamlined the customer journey.

Built on WordPress with WooCommerce, the new website offers full flexibility for managing products, services, and content updates. The design features a calm, intuitive layout that mirrors the in-store experience, with soft visuals and easy navigation across all pages.

A custom booking system was integrated to allow clients to view session options and book services directly through the site. WooCommerce powers a smooth checkout experience, helping increase conversions and simplify backend management. Mobile responsiveness was a key focus, ensuring users can browse, book, or purchase on any device with ease.
