About The Client
Cosmetic Refinement Clinic specialises in non-surgical beauty treatments and is located in Geelong.
CRC’s approach to rejuvenation and anti-ageing is that of subtlety. Unlike many other clinics, they have a philosophy of conservatism and ‘less is more’, to ensure their treatments leave their patients looking refreshed and natural.
CRC works with medical-grade lasers and prescribed skin care treatments to restore radiance and healthiness to the skin. All of their injectable treatments are performed by a fully qualified doctor or surgeon to ensure great results that are natural and safe.
The Client’s Problem
Working in a very competitive space, CRC needed to generate a steady stream of new and existing patients for their injectable and beauty treatments.
They were wasting money on SEM advertising that wasn’t getting them the results they were after.
Cosmetic Refinement Clinic’s website was dated and difficult for users to navigate to find the treatments they were looking for.
While the client had an existing website that was visually appealing it did not function well as a central point for educating patients, delivering the content users were looking for and making it easy to book treatments.
The content on the existing site was out of date and in some places factually incorrect. Due to industry legislation, the clinic could have got into trouble or even received fines.
Upgrading the reservation booking system to something more customer-friendly and easier to manage appointments was a high priority for the business.
The clinic also supplies cosmetic products to its patients but didn’t have a way of being able to sell them online.
The Propeld Solution
Propeld partnered with CRC to optimise its online presence for higher conversion rates and patient engagement.
We created a website designed to convert visitors into patients. It has a clear and concise visually appealing layout, easy navigation, and engaging content. It provides all the necessary information about the clinic’s treatments, patient conditions, pricing, and location. The website features a booking system that allows customers to schedule appointments or consultations online. The new website also features an online shop with full e-commerce capability and a members portal.
Propeld also provided high-quality photography and videography services to Cosmetic Refinement Clinic. The pictures and videos created by Propeld showcase the clinic’s facilities and treatments to educate and inform patients, and have been used on the website and throughout social media.
Propeld manages the clinic’s social media accounts, creating a steady stream of engaging content and running promotions. This has helped increase the clinic’s visibility on Instagram and Facebook and attract more customers.
A branding style guide and series of design templates were developed to increase brand recognition and consistency throughout all printed material and online visuals.
