The Client’s Problem

The client approached Propeld looking for help in winning more direct bookings through their digital marketing.

The website needed to be aligned to the customers buying journey and the value of booking with Great Private Tours brought to the fore.  The website also had a clunky enquiry process which made potential customers have to jump through hoops to find out more about the tours. 

Through an initial discovery session we found that the website was also not receiving enough traffic to generate a substantial enough number of booking enquiries per month.

The Propeld Solution

We worked with the client to optimise their new website for the customer’s booking journey and maximise the chances that they would reach out to make a formal enquiry about the service on offer.

Our strategy involved redesigning the core landing pages of the site including the tour pages so they converted more customers on autopilot. We also implemented best practice search engine optimisation to increase the traffic to the website for key terms.

Ultimately, the client end up with a website that not only received a substantial boost in traffic but also automatically captured customers early in their decision-making process.

From there we were able to implement several marketing accelerators to speed up the machine and generate a healthy number of new leads each and every month.
