About The Client

Revitalise Escapes operates Wellness Nature Tours along the Great Ocean Road and The Bellarine in Victoria, Australia.

Every aspect of the tours is curated to nourish your mind, invigorate your body and rejuvenate your soul. Whether you enjoy yoga, love massages, appreciate nature hikes and forest bathing or bike riding, fancy thermal hot springs or a meditation session or enjoy some quiet time outdoors to recharge your batteries.

There are also adventure activities thrown in for those wanting to be a bit more adventurous.

The Client’s Problem

The client contacted Propeld to help market their new business to their ideal customers.

While the client had made a decent start on building their own website, it didn’t convey the uniqueness of the tours on offer and had a difficult to navigate purchase journey for its visits.

The site needed to be tweaked to showcase the different tours and target different audiences along their buying journey. 

Revitalise Escapes required a streamline booking machine that guided the customer from learning about the product to being inspired to make a booking or enquiry with as little friction as possible. 

The Propeld Solution

Propeld worked with the client to make sure the unique service offering and tours were showcased on the website and that the journey to making a booking was as seamless as possible.

The homepage of the website was redeveloped to better guide customers to the core products that Revitalise Escapes had on offer. A big part of this redevelopment was the production and incorporation of a series of promotional videos that now showcased and educated the customer on what a Revitalise Escape Tour includes.

In addition, elements were added to the homepage to increase visitors trust in the brand, this included:

  • Promoting Revitalise Escapes’ unique selling points
  • Presenting well-known brands that Revitalise Escapes is affiliated with
  • Showcasing customer reviews and other social proof elements like a dynamic social feed and video testimonials.

Next, we improved the customer experience on the tour pages which involved implementing the booking system directly onto the tour pages. Providing customers with a simplified process to purchase that allowed them to check availability without navigating to numerous screens. 

The Propeld solution turned the static brochure style website into a highly engaging and conversion-focused machine that will help the client generate more bookings.
